DAY ONE
Possible Civil Rights Topics---- March on Washington, Selma to Montgomery march, lunch counter sit in, Montgomery bus boycott, Freedom Riders, Little Rock Nine.
2. After you have selected your topic, use the CPS databases or reliable websites to find answers to the following questions (make sure you divide up the questions to research):
When did this happen?
Why did this happen?
Why is this event or person important?
What was the outcome?
How did these events or people shape the country?
DAY TWO
3.When you have all your information, write a short (3 paragraph, maximum) narration to use with pictures. Be sure to assign roles to each person in your group and decide who will say which lines.
DAY THREE Locate and download at least five photographs or videos to use in the iMovie.
DAY FOUR Using the narration and the pictures you have collected, create a short iMovie on the iPads.
DAY FIVE Complete and edit your iMovie for presentation on Monday.
